1. Nextron warrants that products purchased from Nextron will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Nextron will repair or replace defective products with new parts or, at the request of the customer the serviceable used parts that are equivalient to new in performance.
3. Warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, mis-use, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
4. Original products without warranty sticker attached to the product will not be accepted.
5. Nextron will not be liable for damages, to the customer or a third party for lost revenue, lost wages, or any other incidental or indirect damages from the purchase, use or inability to use this product.
6. One year warranty on major/OEM branded memory modules, memory cards and CPU of tray packing.
7. Three year warranty on CPU of box packing. A manufacturer's warranty for certain products, i.e. Hard Drive, that may apply.
