1. Nextron Components Ltd. warrants that products purchased from Nextron Components Ltd. will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

2. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

3. Nextron Components Ltd. will repair or replace defective Products with new parts or, at the request of the customer the serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in performance.

4. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

5. Original products without warranty sticker attached to the product will not be accepted.

6. Nextron Components Ltd. will not be liable for damages, to the customer or a third party for lost revenue, lost wages, or any other incidental or indirect damages from the purchase, use or inability to use this product.
   • One year warranty on major/OEM branded Memory Module and Memory Card.
   • Six months warranty on CPU's in the retail box / tray packing.
   • A Manufacturers warranty for certain products, i.e. Hard Drive, that may apply.

1. Please fill in the RMA request form before seding goods for repair.RMA forms should be completed in the entirely to insure prompt service

2. Warranty will be VOID under following conditions:
   • Alterations or modification on products
   • Physical damage

3. Please remove all labels and marks on RMA products.

4. Upon receipt of RMA Returns, Nextron Components Ltd. will verify with the customer the RMA products received are those as specified on the RMA form.

5. The RMA Returns is to be packed in static-free packing, the customer assumes responsibility for product until receipt at Nextron Components Ltd., shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.
