| When was Nextron Incorporated? |
| Nextron was incorporated in 1993 in Hong Kong. It started by
providing assembly services for PC and established its trading and IT division
in 1998.

| We manufacture memory modules and trade various electronic parts
including DRAMs, modules, flash devices, CPUs, hard disks and electronic
components. Our business focus on DRAMs and memory modules.

Technology Ltd. differ from each other? |
| Nextron Components Limited (NCL), Nextron Assembly Services
Limited (NAS) and Nextron ITS Ltd (ITS) are three subsidiaries of Nextron
Technology Limited. NCL is responsible for products' trading activities; NAS
manufactures memory modules, compact flash cards as well as OEM projects; ITS
offers professional advices, design, develop and implement e-business solutions
according to customer's business environments.

| What awards and certifications have Nextron
obtained? |
| In 2000, Nextron was on the finalist list of Best SME contest
organizized by the HKSAR government.
We were regarded as the pioneer of 184 pins DDR modules manufacturing in the
same year and pioneer of of 200 pins DDR SODIMM modules manufacturing in year
2001. NAS became a certified partner of Microsoft in 2001 while NCL
successfully obtained ISO9001 in January, 2003.
